Tujays Machine Works, Inc. was founded in 1962, Tujays Machine Works, Inc. caters to the energy industry, working with oilfield logging and down-hole equipment. We are a precision instrument machine shop with 8,000 square feet of air-conditioned manufacturing space and 900 square feet of office space. In 2005 sales were 5million with an employee base of 35 to 40. Since opening, Tujays has completed work for several different companies and has maintained a solid reputation for having the best quality and on-time deliveries of all our competitors. Tujays achieved this reputation by adhering to strict quality control measures. In 1973 Tujays began supplying certifications on material, outside services, test results and other special documentation; a procedure that is still performed today. This is accomplished by inspecting each operation during manufacturing and a 100% final inspection supplied with documentation upon request. Our expertise is holding close tolerances and working with almost any type of material, including Titanium, MP-35 and any high nickel content material. Tujays is capable of processing material and dealing with platers and other specialty vendors.
