Getting ready for a little interior painting?
Visit a nearby home store or your local paint distributor, and check out all the many different colors and color schemes to choose from. You're sure to find something that suits you perfectly then give Howton Construction a call to complete your dream.
We will do a complete assessment of your project and prepare a comprehensive detailed price quote (a free service).
General Interior Preparation & Painting as follows:
• Sherwin Williams Super Paint, Duration or Benjamin Moore Regal to be used.
• Color to be chosen by homeowner.
• All cracks, nail holes, water spots and scratches will be repaired.
• All furniture, fixtures, floors, windows, etc. will be covered to protect from paint.
• Remove, clean or cover electrical switches.
• Apply caulking as needed.
• Apply kilz primer as needed before painting.
• All cabinets & drawers to be emptied by homeowners before painting.
• All woodwork to be sanded and cleaned with de-glosser before painting.
• Wallpaper removal is for (1) layer only, additional charge for extra layers.
• Ceiling and walls are painted (2) coats.
• All trim is painted (1) coat.
• Ceilings will have a flat finish and walls will have a satin finish.
• All trim will have a semi gloss finish.
